SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Policy
This policy explains how we dispatch and deliver orders placed at bellevuepark.com.au. It applies to all purchases made through our website.
Processing times
Orders are dispatched from the farm within 3 business days of payment being confirmed. During busy periods, such as new colourway releases or the holiday season, dispatch may take a little longer. We will let you know if there is likely to be a delay. Please allow an additional 10 business days for hand-dyed yarns as these are dyed to order.
Domestic shipping (Australia)
We ship to addresses across Australia using Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are:
-
Metro areas: 7 to 10 business days after dispatch
-
Regional and remote areas: 10 to 15 business days after dispatch
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address.
International shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. If you would like to enquire about an international shipment, please contact us at sales@bellevuepark.com.au
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at sales@bellevuepark.com.au and we will look into it with our shipping provider. Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery timeframes are estimates and outside our direct control.
Incorrect delivery details
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, though we will do what we can to help resolve the issue.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
Return & Exchange Policy
Bellevue Park Wool grows and hand-dyes Saxon Merino wool on the Rocky Plains of the Snowy Mountains, NSW. This policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, repairs, replacements and refunds. It applies alongside, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes these rights.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Depending on the issue, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
To help us sort this quickly, please have ready:
-
Your order number
-
Photos of the item and, where relevant, the packaging
-
A short description of the fault or issue
Change of mind
As our yarn is hand-dyed in small batches, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to check colourway photos, weight and yardage carefully before ordering, and to get in touch before purchasing if you have any questions about a particular skein or colour.
Colour and dye lot variation
Each skein is hand-dyed in small batches, so slight variation in colour, tone or saturation between dye lots and even within a single skein is a natural feature of the process, not a fault. We recommend buying enough of the same dye lot for a project where possible, and alternating skeins as you work for the most even result. Colour variation of this kind is not grounds for a refund or return under this policy or under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to request a remedy
-
Email us at sales@bellevueparkwool.com.au with your order number and details of the issue
-
We will respond within 3 business days with next steps
-
Where a return is required, we will confirm the postage arrangement with you in writing before you send anything back
-
Once we receive and assess the item, we will process your refund, repair or replacement without unreasonable delay
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs
Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of the return post. Shipping costs are not covered where a claim does not relate to a fault, such as colour variation between dye lots, as set out above.
