Customer Care

Every skein that leaves Nimmo has been through a lot of hands before it reaches yours — sheared, sorted, hand-dyed and wound with care by the Fletcher family, who have worked this land in the Snowy Mountains since 1919. We want buying from us to feel just as personal. If you have a question about an order, a colourway or anything else, we're a small farm-based team and you'll hear back from a real person, not a call centre.

Because each batch is hand-dyed, there will be gentle variation from skein to skein and even within a single dye lot — that's part of what makes it genuinely one of a kind rather than mass produced. We recommend buying enough of one dye lot to complete your project where colour consistency matters. If you're ever unsure whether skeins will match, get in touch before you order and we'll help you choose.

Privacy & Safety

Bellevue Park Wool (“we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling your personal information responsibly. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our business or the law changes. The most current version will always be available on our website.

Wholesale Inquiries

We work with a small number of yarn shops and stockists who share our appreciation for wool grown and dyed with care. If you're interested in stocking Bellevue Park Wool, we'd love to hear from you — tell us a little about your shop and the colourways or weights you're after.

Because each batch is hand-dyed in small runs on the farm, wholesale orders are made to order rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks from order to dispatch, and get in touch as early as you can if you're working toward a particular date. We'll keep you updated on progress along the way.
